Questo è l’ultimo, poi vado in ferie anche io. La prima settimana di First Light è finita, con ottimi risultati. Siamo ufficialmente nella fase operativa.

That’s the last one, then I will be on holiday. The First Light’s first week is over, week great results. We are in operations.

E così siamo arrivati alla first light. Sono passati 4 giorni. Lavoro intenso, gli ospiti sono cambiati, dopo l’instrument team ecco arrivati gli operatori di livello 2 e 3. Arriviamo fino alla calibrazione dei dati senza problemi, e non posso dire di più.

So, we are in first light. Since 4 days. Huge work, people is changed here, after the instrument team now we have level 2 and 3 operators. We can go through calibration, and I can’t say more than that.

CPV Week 3

Settimana tranquilla. Primi passi del tuning effettuati con successo dalla coppia Terenzi-Cuttaia, qui al DPC. Poi, finalmente, un week end di totale relax.
Intanto gli E2E procedono, con qualche difficoltà; finita l’analisi preliminare sui 21 giorni di Giove, è partita l’analisi sulle due survey. Anche l’integrazione dei codici di Livello3 procede a grande velocità.

Quiet week. First steps of tuning successfully completed by Terenzi-Cuttaia, here at DPC. Then, finally, a week end of total relax.
Meanwhile the E2E proceed, with some issues; ended the preliminary analysis on the 21 Jupiter Days, the complete analysis over two surveys is started. The integration of level3 modules proceeds, too, fast.

First Evidence

As Peter told me, few minutes ago, we have the first evidence that the radiometers are working, at least one.
On the 27th we can see dipole. I will not post image because of the data policy.

Come Peter mi ha detto pochi minuti fa, abbiamo la prima prova che i radiometri stanno funzionando, almeno uno.
Sul 27 possiamo vedere il dipolo. Non posto immagini perchè non so se mi è permesso.
